Trophy Class Moose Hunting-Alaska

This is a ten day, excellent river boat moose hunt, in one of the best moose hunting areas in the state of Alaska. Trophy antlers are 60" plus. This is a very scenic area with dense moose and black bear populations. Black bear and Wolf are included in this hunt.

The hunt takes place in a refuge and there is a limit of six clients per year. Eight hunters per year are allowed to hunt off the refuge. Access to the hunt area is by floatplane. The origin of the Moose hunt is Huslia, Alaska.

Dates of the first Moose hunt are September 5 -15 and the second hunt is September 15 - 25. Accommodations are in tents and food is included. Non-hunters may come for $1500.00 to cover food and transportation. Grizzly and Caribou, are subject to trophy fees when taken. The hunter does not need to be in top physical condition for this hunt and paraplegic hunters are welcome.
